Description
This 21-minute breath-focused yoga program guides practitioners through a short seated practice, followed by a brief, unhurried sequence of poses, with the suggestion to continue independently to round out a morning meditation.
This session was recorded in a wilderness area on New Hope Creek in central North Carolina; sights and sounds of late April springtime in a river and forest setting enhance this start-of-the-day practice throughout the program.
